All participants must register with accurate and complete information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of registration.
सभी प्रतिभागियों को सही एवं पूर्ण जानकारी के साथ पंजीकरण करना अनिवार्य है। गलत, भ्रामक या अधूरी जानकारी पाए जाने पर पंजीकरण रद्द किया जा सकता है।
The registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment. Failed or cancelled transactions will not be considered successful registration.
पंजीकरण शुल्क एक बार लिया जाने वाला गैर-वापसी योग्य शुल्क है। असफल या रद्द हुए लेन-देन को सफल पंजीकरण नहीं माना जाएगा।
Each examination or competition may have specific rules and guidelines. These rules will be published on the official website before the examination.
प्रत्येक परीक्षा या प्रतियोगिता के लिए आवश्यक नियम एवं दिशा-निर्देश परीक्षा से पहले आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित किए जाएंगे।
Important: The examination will normally be conducted in Offline Mode.
महत्वपूर्ण: परीक्षा सामान्य रूप से Offline Mode (ऑफलाइन माध्यम) में आयोजित की जाएगी।
However, if the total number of registered students in a particular district is less than 100, the organization may, if required, conduct the examination in Online Mode for that district.
लेकिन यदि किसी विशेष जिले में पंजीकृत विद्यार्थियों की कुल संख्या 100 से कम रह जाती है, तो आवश्यकता पड़ने पर उस जिले की परीक्षा Online Mode (ऑनलाइन माध्यम) में आयोजित की जा सकती है।
If the examination mode is changed from Offline to Online due to the number of registrations being below 100, the examination date will remain the same as originally announced, unless a different date is officially notified by Honahar.
यदि 100 से कम पंजीकरण होने के कारण परीक्षा का माध्यम Offline से Online किया जाता है, तो परीक्षा की तिथि वही रहेगी जो पहले घोषित की गई है, जब तक कि Honahar द्वारा आधिकारिक रूप से कोई अन्य तिथि घोषित न की जाए।
No Registered Student Will Be Left Out:
Every student who has successfully registered for the examination will be given an opportunity to appear in the examination. A change in examination mode from Offline to Online will not cancel the student's eligibility to participate.
कोई भी पंजीकृत विद्यार्थी परीक्षा से वंचित नहीं रहेगा:
जिस विद्यार्थी का परीक्षा के लिए सफलतापूर्वक पंजीकरण हो चुका है, उसे परीक्षा में शामिल होने का अवसर अवश्य दिया जाएगा। Offline से Online परीक्षा होने पर विद्यार्थी की परीक्षा में भाग लेने की पात्रता समाप्त नहीं होगी।
If an examination is conducted online, students will be informed in advance about the online examination procedure, login details, examination timing, and technical requirements.
यदि परीक्षा Online Mode में आयोजित की जाती है, तो विद्यार्थियों को Online परीक्षा की प्रक्रिया, Login Details, परीक्षा समय एवं तकनीकी आवश्यकताओं की जानकारी पहले से दी जाएगी।
Students should preferably log in 15–30 minutes before the scheduled examination time.
विद्यार्थियों को निर्धारित परीक्षा समय से 15–30 मिनट पहले Login कर लेना चाहिए।
The examination will begin at the officially announced time.
परीक्षा आधिकारिक रूप से घोषित समय पर शुरू होगी।
If camera monitoring is required for the online examination, students must keep the camera switched on as instructed.
यदि Online परीक्षा में Camera Monitoring आवश्यक की जाती है, तो विद्यार्थियों को दिए गए निर्देश के अनुसार Camera चालू रखना होगा।
Students must attempt the examination independently and honestly.
विद्यार्थियों को परीक्षा स्वतंत्र रूप से एवं ईमानदारी से देनी होगी।
If credible evidence of cheating, impersonation, unauthorized assistance, or other malpractice is found, the organization may cancel the examination or result.
यदि नकल, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा परीक्षा देना, अनधिकृत सहायता या अन्य परीक्षा संबंधी अनियमितता के विश्वसनीय प्रमाण मिलते हैं, तो संस्था परीक्षा या परिणाम रद्द कर सकती है।
Students are responsible for checking their device, internet connection, and other technical requirements before the examination.
अपने Device, Internet Connection तथा अन्य तकनीकी आवश्यकताओं की जाँच करना विद्यार्थी की जिम्मेदारी होगी।
In case of a genuine technical issue, students should follow the instructions provided by the organization or contact the designated support team, where available.
वास्तविक तकनीकी समस्या होने पर विद्यार्थी संस्था द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करें या उपलब्ध होने पर निर्धारित Support Team से संपर्क करें।
Results will be prepared according to the applicable examination rules and marking scheme.
परिणाम संबंधित परीक्षा के नियमों एवं Marking Scheme के अनुसार तैयार किए जाएंगे।
The organization reserves the right to determine the examination mode, examination arrangements, technical procedures, and other administrative matters required for the fair and smooth conduct of the examination.
परीक्षा को निष्पक्ष एवं सुचारु रूप से आयोजित करने के लिए संस्था को परीक्षा के माध्यम, परीक्षा व्यवस्था, तकनीकी प्रक्रिया एवं अन्य प्रशासनिक विषयों के संबंध में आवश्यक निर्णय लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
Any important changes will be communicated through the official website or other official communication channels.
किसी भी महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन की सूचना आधिकारिक वेबसाइट या अन्य आधिकारिक माध्यमों से दी जाएगी।
Your personal information will be kept secure and confidential. We will not share your personal information with third parties except with your consent or where required by law.
आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी को सुरक्षित एवं गोपनीय रखा जाएगा। आपकी सहमति के बिना आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी किसी तीसरे पक्ष के साथ साझा नहीं की जाएगी, सिवाय उन परिस्थितियों के जहाँ कानून के अनुसार ऐसा करना आवश्यक हो।
Results will be published on the official website. Evaluation will be conducted according to the applicable examination rules and marking scheme.
